Establishment of a List of Pre-Qualified Economic Operators for Minor Works Projects - (CONTRACTORS)

The establishment of a Pre-Qualified List (PQL-MW) of Economic Operators capable of taking forward a wide variety of Minor Works Projects within the Education Sector throughout the ELB's geographical areas.

The PQL-MW is a Pre-Qualified List of Economic Operators for Minor Works Projects of a capital value of less than £750k established by the ELBs for use by a Contracting Authority in the delivery of Minor Works Projects. The PQL-MW commenced March 2010 and shall run until April 2016. Applications to join the PQL-MW shall be considered every 3 months. The date when the PQL-MW will next be open to new applicants will be advertised on e-SourcingNI

The ELB geographic areas are as follows:-

- WELB    - Western Education & Library Board
- NEELB   - North Eastern Education & Library Board
- SEELB   - South Eastern Education & Library Board
- SELB     - Southern Education & Library Board
- BELB     - Not included

The value of the minor work projects within each geographic Board area will be sub-divided into two Cost Bands as follows:-

-  Cost Band A - Small Minor Works     Up to £200K
-  Cost Band B -Large Minor Works     £201K - £750k


Establishment of a List of Pre-Qualified Economic Operators for Consultant Services for Minor Works Projects (CONSULTANTS)

The establishment of a Pre-Qualified List (PQL-C) of Economic Operators for Consultant Services capable of taking forward a wide variety of Minor Works Projects up to the value of £750,000 within the Education Sector throughout the ELB's geographical areas excluding the BELB.

The PQL-C is a Pre-Qualified List of Economic Operators for Minor Works Projects of a capital value of less than £750k established by the ELBs for use by a Contracting Authority in the delivery of Minor Works Projects. The PQL-C commenced March 2010 and shall run until April 2016. Applications to join the PQL-C shall be considered every 3 months. The date when the PQL-C will next be open to new applicants will be advertised on e-SourcingNI
